Inspired by the address of the original St. Regis New York, the restaurant features a private dining room, an exclusive cellar, complete with Jazz music, cigars and bespoke service. For an even more unique experience, this venue features a chef's table.

Olea

Mediterranean influenced, this is the all-day dining venue of the resort. Located on the lower level of the lobby with a panoramic view of the pools and
the ocean, this restaurant features a multitude of cooking stations where staff, in keeping with the St Regis service tradition, await guests' every whim.
With its indoor and alfresco options, it is ideal for private dining experiences or a delightful family meal. In addition to the buffet, guests also have
an a la carte option.

The Drawing Room

The resort's lobby lounge, this venue celebrates the time-honored culture of afternoon tea. The signature St. Regis Tea Ritual, enhanced by bespoke tea blends, is practiced with much enthusiasm here. Complementing this experience is the resort's pastry shop, Sucre.

The Manhattan Lounge
